That's okay.
I'll fill you in on the reasons for my absence.
In case any of you didn't know, I seem to have developed commitment issues.
Well, developed is a lie, I've had them for a while.
And the upkeep of something like a diary or a blog seem to be the things that get hit the hardest by my, lets call it, illness.
BUT another contributing factor of my absence is the fact that I just graduated highschool, and then soon after that I went up the coast to Brisbane for a Theatre Residency Week, which was run by the Queensland theatre comapany.
Last year I went to the same event and it changed my life. I never realized that some people were as passionate as I about theatre and the industry.
SO this year I went again, and it was just as fabulous, if not more. I met so so many lovely people, far too many to name and it was definitely a lovely environment to be in.
I also had my audition for university, which sadly, didn't go very well and I didn't even get into phase two. But not to worry, I'm not even interested in living in Brisbane any more and I'm very glad that I'm moving to Melbourne now.
I also can't wait to visit Japan with my best friend Ted.
(p.s Jessica told me that she's thinking of moving to Melbourne as well, so I'll be around both my best friends when I move which is more than I could ever have hoped for!)
Not many things have been bought, but my money has disappeared very rapidly (I'm not actually sure where it's going.... EDIT: Now I know, I checked my transaction list. Mostly it was spent on graduation celebratory foods, clothes and illicit substances... all being for graduation celebratory purposes of course. )
